The scent portal indicates a hardware error. How can I fix this?

We are sorry to hear that there is a hardware error. Fortunately, you can easily solve this in just two steps!

  1. Unplug your scent device from the mains supply.
  2. Wait ten seconds and plug it back in. 

Your scent device restarts. This may take a few minutes. When it comes back on, the hardware error should be resolved. Is this not the case? Then try a hard reset by pressing the scent device button for 5 seconds. Should the app, after going through the steps, still indicate a hardware error?
