The scent portal indicates a hardware error. How can I fix this?
We are sorry to hear that there is a hardware error. Fortunately, you can easily solve this in just two steps!
- Unplug your scent device from the mains supply.
- Wait ten seconds and plug it back in.
Your scent device restarts. This may take a few minutes. When it comes back on, the hardware error should be resolved. Is this not the case? Then try a hard reset by pressing the scent device button for 5 seconds. Should the app, after going through the steps, still indicate a hardware error? Then contact us via the support button in the app. We will be happy to help you further!
