Where can I find my invoices?
You will receive your invoice at the e-mail address you provided when you signed your subscription agreement.
How can I change an invoice?
Is something wrong with the invoice? Contact us and we will adjust it for you immediately.
How do I pay an outstanding invoice?
Do you have an outstanding invoice? Please transfer the relevant amount to us as soon as possible. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. Is payment not made? Then your scent device will be blocked after 35 days. And that would be a shame! Want to reduce the chances of this happening? Then pay via direct debit. Then the amount will be debited automatically around the last working day of the month. Contact us and we will change this directly for you. It's nice not to have to worry about this anymore!
