The scent system indicates that I have no internet connection. What should I do now?

It's unfortunate that your scent system currently doesn't have a working internet connection. Fortunately, the scent is still being dispersed thanks to our automatic backup program. We call this guaranteed scent! However, you will want to regain control of your system. Follow the steps below:

  1. After a certain amount of time (30 sec.) bluetooth pairing will be automatically turned on. The LED will turn blue once this happens.
  2. With bluetooth pairing turned on, change your wifi credentials in the PHUESE app.

Your scent system should be connected to the internet again. If this is not the case, please contact us via the support button in the app. We are happy to assist you further!
