Smart Service subscription

The standard delivery time for your new scent devices and scent cartridges is eight to ten working days (if in stock).

Scent Only subscription

The standard delivery time for your new scent cartridges is five working days (if in stock).

Dispatch of scent devices and scent cartridges
The standard delivery time for your new scent devices and scent cartridges is five working days (if in stock). Scent cartridges are shipped in pairs. Would you like to see the current status of your order? Then enter the code from your confirmation email in the Track & Trace.

Installation of scent devices
The minimum delivery time for the installation of your new scent device is ten working days. To make an appointment for the installation, we will contact you within one working day after placing your order.
